Cosplay Super Shoot 10

It's back! Welcome to the Cosplay Super Shoot - SCI-FI EDITION!
We are changing things up this time around! For the first time ever, we are going to do the shoot at an amazing cocktail bar in downtown Pittsburgh called Space Bar - 22 Market Square, Pittsburgh, PA 15222! So bring your favorite sci-fi cosplays and let’s create some out-of-this-world photos!
Cosplay Super Shoot 10 will be on Saturday, March 22, 2025 from 10am - 3pm. Only 12 slots are available, so be sure to snag one right away! One slot per cosplayer! (Tickets go on sale on February 7th at 9am)
If Saturday fills up, we will open this up and add Sunday as well. So add your name to the wait list if all the slots are taken and we’ll notify you if we add the Sunday option!
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Each person will have a 20 minute photo session per cosplay and received 10 final edited photos. All photo edits will be completed within 60 days of the event.
Since this is a unique venue compared to past shoots, we went ahead and did a little sample shoot to show you some of the options that you will have when shooting in this space. You may choose up to two setups within your 20 minute session. Some options are:
posing near the bar as you enjoy one of Space Bar’s unforgettable cocktails or NA cocktails
posing next to one of the walls with custom inlays that make you feel like you’re truly on a sci-fi movie set
walking through the bar getting ready to catch the next star cruiser out of the spaceport
taking it easy as you watch out the ship’s windows to see what planet you are passing by
or even pose in front of a black backdrop or have a space backdrop added behind you!
Attendees are encouraged to arrive early and stay throughout the day (and maybe be an extra in someone else’s photos). Feel free to bring your own food. We will have a bartender available (starting at noon), so you may order drinks during the shoot day.
